This receiving blanket and cap were made with some soft fleece and Caron Simply Soft.
The edging is a simple DC around the fabric. I think that the wording in the pattern is fairly busy, and that the pattern didn't require anything "fancy" in the edging.
This set will be donated to Marine Corps Kids.

LOVE IT. I DIDN'T GET MY BOX FILLED UP BEFORE CHRISTMAS FOR MCK. IT WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER I GET BACK HOME WITH TIM. I'M SO SORRY. IT'S A LITTLE OVER HALF FULL.
That is so sweet. I just heard sunday that I have one due in Oct. I am planning on hats and bibs and maybe a blanket.
